Return and Refund Conditions

Once you receive your order, you have a generous period of 15 days to return it and receive a full refund.

The refund will always be processed using the same payment method you originally used.

We kindly ask you to consider the following details:

• We only accept returns of items that are in the exact condition they were sent, with no signs of use and with all tags intact.
• In addition to the returned items, we also require the purchase invoice to be included.

No worries! At BYMS, we will carefully inspect the returned items and inform you of your eligibility for a refund. Typically, once we receive and assess the condition of the items, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
