After receiving your order, please note that we offer a generous 15-day period to facilitate returns and ensure the appropriate refund.

The amount will always be refunded using the same payment method you initially used.

We kindly ask you to consider a few details:

• We only accept returns of items that are in the exact condition they were sent, with no signs of use and with tags intact.

• In addition to the returned items, we also request the original purchase invoice.

• Don't worry! At BYMS, we will carefully analyze the returned items and ensure you receive confirmation regarding your refund eligibility. Typically, after receiving and assessing the items, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
