Conditions for Return and Refund
After receiving your order, know that we have a generous period of 15 days to facilitate the return and guarantee a proper refund.
The amount will always be returned in the same way you used to make the payment initially.
We just ask that you take a few details into account:
- We only accept returns of items that are exactly as they were sent, without any signs of use and with the tags intact.
- In addition to returned items, we also ask for the purchase invoice to be sent.
- Don't worry! At BYMS we will carefully analyze the returned items and ensure that you receive information about your right to a refund. Normally, after we receive the items and analyze their condition, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
